INITIAL MEETING

Meet with us in the comfort of your own home. Discuss your dreams and visions. With our extensive knowledge of structure and how the different components of your existing space  work, we can walk you through your options from the get go. We will take very precise measurements of all existing structures, windows, doorways and locations of plumbing, heating and even furniture. We will take this information and develop various  fully interactive 3D models that will allow you to actually "walkthrough" your new spaces.

MEET YOUR NEW SPACE

We will meet again to show you what we have come up with for design options with our 3D programming. We will also discuss pricing, contract, selection process and our user friendly web based construction software which allows you as our client access to your schedule, selection meetings, change orders, progress pictures, surveys and warranty.......to name a few. Trust when we tell you that it is very user friendly and protects all parties as there is absolutely no guessing at anything as it is updated in real time.

SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT

This is an exciting time. We will meet to go through our contract which is approved and guaranteed by Service Alberta, just one of the reasons that we carry a contractors bond, top of the line insurance and Workers Compensation. We will go over our state of the art web based software in more detail and help you with accessing your  own personal log in and access so you can see all selections, schedules, daily photo updates and more. This will even carry one through warranty so you will have access to your project for life. We will discuss start and completion dates and put a lock box up.

​CONSTRUCTION
If we are doing a renovation in your home or existing space, construction day begins with us meeting with our qualified site protection and demolition contractor. We start by protecting your home from all elements of construction the best we can. This includes filters in all of your heat and return air registers to protect not only your space but your mechanical appliances.We install poly walls with access zippers to effected areas as well as floor protection from access points and throughout effected areas. After all is protected then we will begin the demolition process. With any project, new or renovation we can now execute our construction schedule. We meet all of our trades on site, introduce them and plan any required walkthroughs. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean and organized worksite and work along side our partners. We truly believe that from the lumber yard worker to the final cleaners that we are a team.
