Pelletier Residence - Aspen HeightsOne of Calgary's most prestigious homes. Located in Aspen Ridge. Completed early 2010. The French chateau-style castle stands at 14,500 square feet and is made entirely of rock. Rundlestone from Golden. Complete with five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, five garages, a home theatre, a spa, an elevator, three laundry rooms, and a butler’s pantry. The hallways are paved with marble from Brazil, limestone from Texas, wallpaper from England, and carpeting from Israel. And let’s not forget the wine room that can store up to 500 bottles of wine. No details were overlooked creating this magnificent home. We were lucky to be a part of this amazing build that will be a piece of Calgary's history. |
